Diet muffins
I suggest you to try delicious diet muffins which is only 100 calories! They are perfect for the diet! This is the basic version, which you can vary by adding or berries, or ground chocolate or nuts. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    2 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Baking powder

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Sauce

    0.5 cup

  • Yogurt

    0.5 cup

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Vanilla essence

    1 tsp

Cooking

Oatmeal to grind into flour using food processor.

Mix oat flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder and cinnamon.

Bananas clean and make them puree.

Add the bananas, applesauce, yogurt, egg whites and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Add banana mixture to dry ingredients and mix well until smooth and allow to stand for 2 minutes.

Pour the batter into the muffin tin. I have this number turned 11 muffins.

Bake in preheated to 200 C (400F) oven for about 15 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick.

The finished muffins out of the oven and leave them to cool.

I used ready purchase applesauce, but you can cook for yourself. For the preparation of Apple sauce: Apples peeled and core and cut into quarters. Put in a pan, pour water and lemon juice, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cook for 30 minutes. Then remove from heat, add sugar to taste and mix well. Allow to cool. 6 apples 1 Cup water, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp sugar.
