A delicious dish of potatoes, mushrooms and greens.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Mushrooms

    0.5 kg

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Milk

    0.25 cup

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Fat

    100 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

Mushrooms cut and put out to cool.

Remove mushrooms with a slotted spoon and mince together with raw potatoes, parsley and garlic cloves. Squeeze well through cheesecloth.

Pour in the hot milk mixture, season with salt and pepper, add the egg and flour. Mix well.

With wet hands shape balls and drop them into boiling salted water to which add a pinch of salt, Bay leaf and, if you want, you can add "Rolton" mushroom - 1ch.l. 3 liters of water. I added a little of the remaining water after extinguishing mushrooms.

When "quicksand" float, cook them for 3-5 minutes and remove with a slotted spoon on a saucer, pour sour cream.

Before cooking or in advance of quicksand fry bacon, cut into pieces, add sliced onions and these cracklings with onions pour our sand. Bon appetit!
