Oat cakes with ginger
Do you doubt that delicious can be useful? Dispel your doubts. Offer you a recipe of a delicious healthy Breakfast for all the family: oatmeal, ginger, honey and lemon, all in gingerbread!!!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    0.66 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Ginger

    50 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Take oat flakes wholegrain from "Mistral".

Lightly grind them in a blender.

Mix flour, crushed cereal and baking powder. As measuring I use faceted glass for 250 ml.

Separately, beat eggs with sugar to a froth, add the juice of half a lemon, honey, salt, vegetable oil and sour cream, mix everything.

Mix the dry ingredients with the liquid.

Finely chop the candied ginger (candied fruit).

Add sugar and dry ginger to the dough.

Mix well the dough, it should be thick and sticky. Set aside for 30 minutes.

Cover a baking sheet baking paper, put the dough with a large spoon, lightly crush with wet fingers. Put in heated to 200 degrees oven for 20 minutes, bake until Browning.

Take out the finished cakes. The perfect Breakfast for all the family to coffee, tea, milk. Bon appetit!
