Cottage cheese-marmalade pie dough kataifi turns beautiful, cozy, delicious, and will gather the whole family for a Cup of hot tea!!!

Ingredients

  • Phyllo dough

    300 g

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Flakes cereal

    50 g

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Marmalade

    300 g

Cooking

Oat flakes are placed in a blender and grind.

Cottage cheese (my village) and mash them with a fork, add grinded oat flakes and sugar. Mix well.

Then add the eggs.

Beat with a blender until smooth.

Baking dish (I have a diameter of 26 cm.) to cover with baking paper and grease with melted butter (10 gr.) To distribute in the form of dough kataifi (pre-thaw it), forming a small bumpers.

On top of the dough grease melted butter (70 g).

Then distribute the cheese filling.

I used here are the gummy slices.

To spread the marmalade on top of cheese filling.

Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 170 gr. 25-30 minutes, until Browning.
