Description

Cooking
1. For mint sugar mint punch with sugar and citric acid into a homogeneous mass.
2. In the bowl beat softened butter with mint sugar in a magnificent mass.
3. Then add the egg and beat again.
4. Sift the flour with the baking powder and add to the batter gently and quickly stir with a spatula.
5. The dough is put into molds, greased. Shape fill with dough layer of 3-4 cm put the halved strawberries. On top of strawberries sprinkle with sugar. Bake pastries in a preheated 180C oven for about 30 minutes until tender.
