Charlotte mint with strawberries
This Apple pie can be cooked in a large form and a small. Charlotte has a pronounced mint flavor and beautiful color. All this will complement the fragrant strawberry. A number of products designed for 2 of Charlotte with a diameter of 10 cm.

1. For mint sugar mint punch with sugar and citric acid into a homogeneous mass.

4. Sift the flour with the baking powder and add to the batter gently and quickly stir with a spatula.

5. The dough is put into molds, greased. Shape fill with dough layer of 3-4 cm put the halved strawberries. On top of strawberries sprinkle with sugar. Bake pastries in a preheated 180C oven for about 30 minutes until tender.
