Pate of rabbit liver with walnuts
Today came up with the recipe of delicious rich pate!

Ingredients

  • Rabbit liver

    200 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Nutmeg

  • Salt

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Boil the liver of the rabbit for 30 minutes. Cool, drain and mix in blender.

Add 50g chopped walnuts. Beat.

2 onions chopped and fry in 3 tbsp oil until Golden brown. Add to the liver with nuts. Beat.

Add 1 egg. Beat.

Add a pinch of salt (large) and nutmeg (ground).

50g of butter from the fridge and finely chop. Beat.

Mix everything carefully. The pate is ready. Bon appetit!
