Pumpkin cake with lime cream
A colleague treated us to birthday carrot-lime cake from cooking "Bush". Taste so I liked it. I decided to reproduce it at home. Your attention is a pumpkin-nut option, with a sweet and slightly spicy sponge cake and butter cream piping with a hint of lime. The sweetness of the biscuit and tart notes in the cream - for me a very tasty combination. Time the recipe indicated active preparation without taking into account the cooling of the cake

Pumpkin in any convenient way to make mashed potatoes: you can bake it in the oven and grind in a blender, you can cook and chop, you can just grate. Cream... scope for the imagination. Cake is delicious in itself. It is possible to impregnate butter cream with condensed milk, you can sour cream. I suggest creamy-lime option. Cream, powdered sugar, lime juice, cream cheese. On a fine grater grate the lime zest, squeeze juice into the Cup.
