Chocolate roll

Ingredients

  • Biscuit

    500 g

  • Cheese

    320 g

  • Condensed milk

    80 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Raspberry

    0.5 cup

Cooking

500-600 g chocolate biscuit grind into crumbs with a blender or hands. Sour cream with a spoon to mix sugar

Mix well both the mass of hands. You should get a mass resembling clay

Cottage cheese (preferably pasty or wiped through a sieve) mix with condensed milk

Biscuit mass evenly distributed on the cooking foil. Put the cottage cheese and raspberries

Roll on the long side roll and put into the refrigerator for at least half an hour. Then carefully remove the foil and cover the rolls with melted chocolate. Bon appetit!
