Burgers with zucchini
Now so many young vegetables! And my Pets don't really love them in its purest form. Found here is such a recipe. Chops turned out very tender with a spicy taste of herbs and smoked bacon.

Ingredients

  • Veal

    500 g

  • Brisket

    150 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Zucchini

    3 piece

  • Butter

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Greens

Cooking

The flesh of beef, bacon, onion and garlic twice mince, add 1 egg, spices, salt and mix well.

Boil potatoes, mash into a puree, add salt, egg, spices, chopped herbs and a little butter.

In minced meat add mashed potatoes and mix until smooth. Put in the refrigerator.

Zucchini cut into thin long slices using chistiki for potatoes, a special grater or a very sharp knife with a long blade. Salt, sprinkle with spices (n-R grilled vegetables)

From the meat to form burgers and wrap them with slices of zucchini.
