Cooking
Radish peel and RUB on a coarse grater.
With tomatoes remove the skin, remove the seeds (you can eat ;-) ), cut into small cubes and add to the radish.
With pieces of bread cut off the crusts. Soak in water (I holding brought it squarely under running water for a few seconds) and let a couple minutes you will lie down, will absorb water. Then crumble it with your fingers into crumbs.
Onions and greens finely chop. Garlic skip through the press. Mix everything and put to infuse in the fridge for 1 hour.
Vegetable oil, vinegar and mustard, whisk to mix and salad.
