Vegetable cake
Very delicious cake. You can cook it as simple vegetable and with the addition of meat. Good hot or cold. I served with baked chicken thighs and fresh spring salad. Help yourself

  • Broccoli

  • Onion

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Seasoning

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    2 Tbsp

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

For vegetable cake sweet pepper cut into strips, onion – rings, eggplant slices, tomato halves or slices. Vegetables (except tomato) lightly fry separately in a frying pan with a very small amount of oil. Broccoli cook in boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes, then cut into slices. Mushrooms cut into plates and fry

In refractory form with high edges put layers of vegetables in any order. My order is as follows: eggplant, onions, broccoli, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes. Prepare omelette with eggs, cream. Salt, pepper, add dried herbs for Italian dishes. Fill the cake

Marinated meat put in oven for 40 minutes at 200*. After 20 minutes, put bake in the oven vegetable cake.
