Creamy rye bread

Ingredients

  • Water

    220 ml

  • Sour cream

    125 g

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Cumin

    2 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1.5 tsp

  • Instant coffee

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    385 g

  • Rye flour

    120 g

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

Measure out and mix all dry ingredients. Pour the water, stir again.

Pour the sour cream and melted butter.

Knead the dough (I do this with a mixer, spiral nozzle). We should get a smooth, elastic ball. Give it a rest for 30 minutes in a warm place. Then obtinem and shape the bread.

It can be as one big loaf (dough weight is about 970 grams) and a couple of loaves or bricks. Form of bread at your discretion. Formed, laid out in the form in which we bake.

Make cuts and leave the bread in a warm place to approach for a half hour. Then put in a well preheated oven and bake the bread until cooked. I baked it 40 minutes at T 200 S. However please be guided by your oven!!!
