Cooking
First, let us cupcakes. Sift flour with baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat the butter with sugar. Continue whisking, one introducing eggs.
Using a spoon, stir the sour cream (yogurt) in the milk.
Stirring gently with a spatula, put in cream and sugar, the weight of the first dry mixture, then the milk. It's a very tender dough:)
Fill the prepared dough forms (about 2/3) and sent to be baked for 15-20 min at 180 ° C
Custard. Everything is simple. In a saucepan bring to boil milk with sugar. Beat the egg with the flour. Continue whisking, to introduce a thin stream half of the milk and mix well. Pour the mixture to the remaining milk and cook the cream until thick (stirring constantly). Allow to cool. Optionally, you can add the dye (I have pink)
Meanwhile, the cupcakes are ready. Let them cool on a wire rack. Then with a spoon or knife to cut out the core.
Fill the custard and cover the cut dough.
Cottage cheese. My favorite. Soft cheese, butter and powdered sugar and whisk in the lush mass. Paint dyes.
Ready! Excellent food in a wonderful spring holiday!:)
