Pancakes with mushrooms and pickles
Bechamel sauce. My dear, I want to treat you to pancakes with a tasty filling of mushrooms and pickles, baked under Bechamel sauce. The pancakes taste excellent, and convenient disposable form makes it easy and delicious to enjoy them in good company on the street during the celebration of carnival.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Corn flour

  • Salt

    300 g

  • Cucumber

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    125 ml

  • Salt

  • Nutmeg

  • Bread crumbs

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

For this dish I'll use vegetable oil TM Oleina

Mix all the ingredients for the dough and fry the pancakes in butter TM Oleina

Mushrooms with onion fry in butter until tender, add grated cucumber, salt, pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.

Prepared stuffing spread on the pancake and rolled into a roll.

Roll roll in a circle and put it in a disposable baking dish.

Prepare the Bechamel sauce. Heat in a pan with vegetable oil TM Oleyna, add 1 tbsp flour and fry a little.
