Quick bread with beer and Basil
Want to offer delicious, flavorful and fast cooking bread. And though it's not really sweet gift, however I want to give this tasty bread our culinary pug Casa and its owner Svatula.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    480 g

  • Unfiltered beer

    300 ml

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Basil

    30 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

It is our products. Beer can be taken away, than the more aromatic the beer, the more flavorful the bread will turn out. I used self-raising flour, it already with the baking powder if using regular flour, you need to add baking powder.

To turn on the oven to preheat to 210 degrees. Mix the flour with the sugar.

Wash the Basil, chop and add to the flour.

Add a beer.

Knead the dough. Get too zealous is not necessary, once everything is mixed, prepared.

I divided the dough into two parts, one added a few slices of chopped sun-dried tomatoes, the second left just with Basil. The top is lightly greased with vegetable oil. Bake for approximately 20-30 minutes. It is possible to bake a single loaf, and then baking time to increase to 40-50 minutes.

That's all you can eat warm or cold. The bread turned out amazingly flavorful, crispy, slightly sweet taste... mmm... Very tasty and with tea and coffee, and for the first dishes.
