Cooking

step-0
Cook strawberry yogurt from the company OURSSON from a bag mix "Dry yogurt "Strawberry". For this, the flask of the yogurt maker, thermos OURSSON add 850 ml of boiled water at room temperature, add dry mixture and closing the cap, shake intensely for 2-3 minutes to obtain a homogeneous mass.
step-1
Next, pour in yogurt maker-thermos OURSSON boiling water up to the mark and put in her yogurt for 10 hours to prepare.
step-2
10 hours to remove the finished yogurt in the refrigerator for 2 hours to halt the growth of bacteria, make a thick, fragrant, strawberry-flavored yogurt. I love its consistency and taste of the yogurt is very flavorful, full bodied, strawberry.
step-3
Prepare Popover. To do this, melt the butter, add the milk and sugar, the mixture should be slightly warm, it is important for the test. Egg room temperature beat up with salt fork and add to milk mixture.
step-4
To them add the flour and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.
step-5
Pour the batter into oiled silicone mini-molds, fill them half.
step-6
Put Popover bake for 10 minutes at 230 degrees, then turn down the oven to 180 degrees and bake another 10-15 minutes, watching them grow and trying to jump out of the molds (a fascinating spectacle). Remove from the oven, allow to cool. They are airy and hollow inside.
step-7
Cooled Popover stuffed with pieces of marshmallow.
step-8
Stuffed Popover in a bowl, add sliced strawberries, pour the prepared thick strawberry yogurt and decorate with mint leaves. Turned out fabulous salad popovers with strawberries and strawberry yogurt!
