Cake
Quick and easy to prepare, but no less delicious cake. This fragrant dessert, I would like to celebrate your 30 recipe!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Carnation

    1 tsp

  • Orange zest

    2 piece

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Condensed milk

    0.5 can

  • Jam apricot

    150 g

  • White chocolate

    50 g

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Cardamom

    2 pinch

  • Nutmeg

    2 pinch

Cooking

With a mixer beat the eggs with sugar.

To egg mixture add sour cream, spices, cocoa, flour, soda, slaked vinegar and zest of 2 oranges. 1 tbsp peel can be left for cream. The flour I used ordinary flour.

Stir mixture and pour into mold with the pipe. Keep in mind that in the baking process the dough has risen by 1/3. The oven in advance to warm up.

Bake at t 170-175 degrees for 45-50 minutes, or until dry sticks, be guided by Your oven. The first half hour the oven should not be open. At the end of baking, cover top with foil that the cake is not very brown.

The bottom cake to coat apricot jam. I have a home with the addition of star anise and apricot kernel.
