Cooking
With a mixer beat the eggs with sugar.
To egg mixture add sour cream, spices, cocoa, flour, soda, slaked vinegar and zest of 2 oranges. 1 tbsp peel can be left for cream. The flour I used ordinary flour.
Stir mixture and pour into mold with the pipe. Keep in mind that in the baking process the dough has risen by 1/3. The oven in advance to warm up.
