The cheesecake
Very delicate cream cakes won't leave, I think. It can be prepared not only on holiday but also just to please his family, thus arranging a little unscheduled holiday. Similar recipes on the website there, but maybe my version will be useful to someone ;)

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    700 g

  • Corn starch

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • White chocolate

    70 g

  • Cream

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

Cooking

In a water bath melt dark chocolate and draw on paper for baking chocolate "hearts" and "circles". To put it in the freezer.
