Meatballs
These are meatballs with a twist. Turn out very soft and juicy.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    250 g

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Olives

    0.5 can

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Boil the rice. Fry the onions in vegetable oil, add grated on a grater carrots. All to cool and mix with the minced meat, grated cheese, add salt and pepper.

Take the minced meat in small portions and put it inside the olive.

Fry the meatballs. Serve with vegetables.
