Easter cakes
I've never baked cakes. I have yeast dough tight somehow... But a few years ago gave me this recipe. Now every year I bake cakes myself! I think that the tastiest cakes I have not tried. Maybe you'll like my recipe, dear cooks )))

Ingredients

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Chicken egg

    10 piece

  • Sugar

    1 kg

  • Yeast

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    500 g

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Butter

    300 g

  • Candied

    100 g

  • Vanilla

  • Flour

    1.5 kg

Claim 1. Mix in a large saucepan: eggs (8 pieces+2 egg yolks), sugar, sour cream, margarine, butter. claim 2. In warm milk dissolve the yeast. claim 3. Mix A1. and P2. Cover with a towel. Leave for 12 hours to ferment. (I put on the night)

When the dough has fermented for 12 hours, add vanilla, the sifted flour. Not cool!

The dough should 3 times to come.

Add the candied fruit, mix up and put in shape by 1/3. Since the dough is oily, I shape no oil. Cover the form with a towel. Leave for about 30 minutes (until the dough rises). Then bake in the oven at 180 degrees until cooked. The time depends on the size of the forms.

Remove from oven, allow to cool.

Whisk 2 protein + 2 tbsp of sugar to the steep peaks. Smear the cooled cakes proteins, decorate powder.
