Buns yogurt with olives
The buns turn out very soft and not inferior to the baking of the dough.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    0.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    85 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Green olives

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Cumin

Sift the flour into a bowl, add all dry ingredients: baking powder, sugar, salt.

Add the soft butter

and grind it with flour.

Add the warm yogurt

and knead the dough. The test allow to stand 10-15 minutes.

Then divide the dough into 9 parts.

From each piece to make round tortillas.

To pre-prepare the filling: Peeled and boiled eggs finely chop. Olives cut into slices. Greens chopped. Add 2 tbsp of melted cheese

1 tbsp soy sauce and stir.

Spread the filling on the tortillas.

Close the stuffing with the dough, gather into a knot

and put the buns on the baking tray lined with parchment, seam side down.

With a sharp knife make an incision criss-cross or asterisk. Grease muffin yogurt, sprinkle with cumin and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes. Be guided by your oven. If you want to lubricate the beaten egg yolk, only in 20-25 minutes after baking. Allow the bun to rise, then hot oil the egg.
