Meatloaf with vegetables and cheese
I really like the combination of meat and pickled cucumbers. This time I decided to combine these two products in the roll.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Pickled cucumber

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

For the filling, slice the cucumbers and dice the onion, carrot grate.

Heat vegetable oil, put onions, carrots and cucumbers, simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat.

The meat is cut with a thin knife so as to obtain a uniform thin layer. If you need to fight off the thick edges with a hammer for meat. Marinate it in a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and paprika, for 30-40 minutes.

Marinated meat lay on a Board, brush with a thin layer of mustard.

Spread on the surface of roasted vegetables.

Top liberally sprinkle with grated cheese.

Tightly roll the roulade and tie the thread. Wrap in foil and cook in this way for about 40 minutes. Then the foil open and cook the loaf for another 5-10 minutes.

Serve warm as a standalone dish, or in addition to garnish or salad.
