Petit Fours
The Petit fours are small sized cakes, the recipe of biscuit dough and cream.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Chocolate milk

  • Compote

Cooking

Separate eggs into yolks and whites. RUB the yolks with sugar.

Add the flour and baking powder. Mix well.

Add the beaten egg whites and stir.

Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake in the oven. Baking time by 10-15 minutes. The temperature of the oven 200 degrees. Ready cake cool.

Milk syrup: the yolk dissolve in the milk. Heating the mass and add the sugar. Boil until thick.

Beat until fluffy the butter and add the milk syrup. Beat.

Add the cocoa and whip.
