Yogurt sorbet blueberry
Do You like sorbet? So refreshing and bright! - I love it! Specially waiting for blueberry season to enjoy the sweet berry breeze.

Ingredients

  • Blueberries

    1 cup

  • Brown sugar

    0.333 cup

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Cinnamon

  • Yogurt

    100 g

  • Milk

    40 ml

  • Honey

    1 tsp

Cooking

Sort through blueberries, cover with sugar, add honey, lemon juice, a little salt and cinnamon to taste.

Mix well. The amount of sugar I have indicated - guided by own taste. And, of course, much depends on the sweetness of the berries!

Slightly crushed with a potato masher to puree.

Heat over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.

Punch a blender until smooth

And strain through a sieve. Allow to cool to room temperature.

Add 100 grams of yogurt. You can take any flavor, in my family especially love banana (I buy children's fat content 3,9%), it is an unusual combination.

If you are cooking for kids, add milk if for myself - feel free to replace the milk in champagne or white wine! And stir everything well. Put it in the freezer for 3-4 hours, during this time, I stirred a few times, but it is possible not to do that - I just want to see frozen? You can leave for the night - crystals will not.
