Cooking
Cut fillet, onion and carrots
Fry the fillets in olive oil, first on high heat, then reduce heat
Add the onion and carrots, fry until tender
Then the frozen vegetables, stir and fry with covered lid
Add spices: Basil, pepper, salt, tomato sauce and squeeze half a lemon - mix well
Pour in water, close tightly with a lid and remove the fire, leaving to languish on a hot plate
