Was not able to come up with a thread name)) couscous with chicken and vegetables - healthy, fast and delicious. Especially those who are trying to lose weight, like me :-D :-D the pictures came out bad :- ( :- (

Ingredients

  • Tomato paste

  • Vegetables

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Water

    800 ml

  • Couscous

    500 g

  • Basil

  • Chicken fillet

  • Lemon

Cooking

Cut fillet, onion and carrots

Fry the fillets in olive oil, first on high heat, then reduce heat

Add the onion and carrots, fry until tender
