Cooking
Ricotta and flour.
In a bowl, dissolved the yeast in 40 ml of warm water and added sugar. After 10 minutes in the bowl with the yeast appeared foam cap, poured the yeast mixture into the bowl with the ricotta. Added also egg whites.
Butter, salt, sugar, soda, slaked lemon acid, vanillin and flour. The dough is well mixed by hand, covered with a towel and removed for 20 minutes to raise in a warm place.
The dough is elastic, to hands does not stick. Buns made approximately the same size. Each put on the grape. The top is sprinkled with coconut shavings.
Put buns in a hot oven at t 200 degrees.
After 25 minutes, they flushed.
Buns turned out very soft.
I usually bake in the evening.
Despite the late hour, all were seated have a muffin with milk.
