Samsa in Kazakh
Kazakhstan is a beautiful country with an ancient history. "It is great From the Altai to the Caspian sea, It's as wide As people soul. It – Europe and Asia, And the waves of the Urals, And a splash of Irtysh". I represent to your attention the national dish of Kazakhs - "Samsa in Kazakh".

Ingredients

  • Offal

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Salt

    10 g

  • Allspice

    10 g

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    250 ml

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Boil the offal until tender.

Onions chop cubes and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Offal and fried onions grind in a meat grinder. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.

In a bowl pour warm water, add 0.5 tsp soda, salt and 2 tbsp oil, mix well. Pour the flour and knead elastic dough. Flour may need more or less depends on its quality. Leave the dough to rest for 10-15 minutes.

From the test roll cake with a diameter of 10-12 cm.

On the dough spread the filling and seal the edges. (Trying from time to time the filling, salt, pepper. It is my argument in order to eat the stuffing :-) )

These are the "Samashki" is supposed to be. Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Are roasted very quickly, so I advise you not to move away from the plate.

Samsa Kazakh is ready! To serve broth. But it is possible without it, and so very tasty.
