Tomato-spinach muffins with chicken breast
These beautiful and delicious muffins made by my daughter. This elegant and hearty appetizer will decorate any table.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    0.5 piece

  • Seasoning

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    3 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Spinach

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 cup

Fry the chicken breast on a sheet Maggi.

Cut the fillet into small pieces.

Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Also, mix the milk, egg and vegetable oil. Combine the dry and liquid mixture into the dough. Glasses with a volume of 250 ml.

Divide the dough in half. In one half we add the ground spinach in the other and punched in the blender tomato.
