Description
Very tasty squash work in this recipe. Crisp, with a tangy flavor and nut notes. I recommend to prepare.

Cooking
Zucchini (I used yellow) cut into medium slices.
To place them in a bowl, season with a little salt and leave for 10 minutes.
Garlic skip through the frog. If you like a dish more spicy - you can add 2 cloves of garlic.
Cashew nuts roast and grind.
Add to garlic, parsley and soy sauce, mix well.
In a pan pour a little vegetable oil and fry the zucchini (without the liquid) over high heat for 2-3 minutes.
To put the zucchini in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, add the walnut - garlic dressing. Mix well, remove and cool for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
