Dessert with gingerbread
Offer easy dessert tiramisu motives. To cook simply, and the result will please. The recipe I came across in the magazine "Bon appetit" and my expectations were met.

Ingredients

Cooking time based on impregnation of the finished dessert. Apples wrap in foil and bake in a hot oven. It took me about 35 minutes. Allow to cool.

For the cream I took fat sour cream and whipped with a mixer with powdered sugar until thick fluffy mass. You can use cream 33% fat with the same amount of powdered sugar.

And then in the bowl or glasses to put layers dessert: cream, gingerbread, apples, carrots and finish with cream. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Layer apples well penetrates the layers of the carrot and the dessert is soft, airy, with malic acidity.
