I recently went through their culinary archives, looking through old notebooks and stumbled upon interesting, it seemed to me thing. A clipping from an old magazine "Worker" with three recipes Apple pie. One of them was Apple pie and Berlin. The other two: in Bulgarian and in French. That hooked me: all three recipes as simple as possible, ingredients at least. Well, this is understandable, in Soviet times, not to frills was. And I decided to reproduce these recipes. Today's recipe first!

Cooking
To prepare products to have everything at hand. Oil, I butter of the brand "Itself", it is necessary in advance remove from the refrigerator.
Beat the butter with the sugar and salt.
Sift the flour into a large bowl and pour in oil mixture.
Optionally add the zest of half a lemon.
Knead the dough and roll it into a ball.
Shape with a diameter of 23-24 cm grease with butter and lay a baking paper.
The dough tradelite into two parts: bigger and smaller.
A large part of velvety in the circle, put into a form and distribute with your hands, having a high side.
Apples peel and seed boxes and RUB on a coarse grater.
Add cornstarch, cinnamon and 2 tbsp sugar.
In the form with the dough to put the Apple mass.
Sprinkle the pre-soaked raisins.
The remaining roll the dough, cut out circles, flowers, hearts or whatever you like and put on top of apples.
Bake the pie at 180*C until Golden brown.
Ready the cooled cake with melted butter.
And sprinkle with powdered sugar.
