Very sweet , tangy, fragrant pechenocna! Help yourself, my dear cooks!

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    0.5 kg

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Sweet white wine

    4 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

Cut rinsed liver here such cubes

Put in a bowl, where it will marinate

Prepare the marinade: mix the wine, 1 tsp sugar, 2 tbsp of soy sauce and finely chopped onions
