The side dish of lentils
Very tasty and healthy dish. I think it'll fit in the post, if I am mistaken correct. This dish is dedicate to your girlfriend and the namesake Tatyana(Tatouche)

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    1 cup

  • Dried apricots

    50 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Walnuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Lentils, rinse,cover with 2.5 cups of cold water and boil until tender(1-1.5 hours).

Dried apricots soak in warm water,then cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil with finely chopped onion,salt,and pepper.

Put the lentils to the onions and apricots and a little put out(2-3 min).Add the walnuts,mix well.

When serving, sprinkle with finely chopped greens.
