We gather together our ingredients. Peppers is desirable to be colored. Cook rice according to instructions on the package. When finished, do not bother. This should make the sticky rice to hold everything together.

Chop the pepper and boiled eggs strips.

Cut each cucumber in half and remove the seeds with a small spoon or knife to create a long hollow tube.
