Cooking
Pumpkin cut into small pieces, drizzle with olive oil and put to bake in preheated to 200 gr. oven until soft. Mushrooms also cut into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil until evaporation of the released liquid.
Heat water with butter until it dissolves, add salt and soda, add the flour. Flour it took me a little more than 2 cups. Knead the dough. It should not be tight.
Put the dough in a baking dish, shape dough and put in the oven, preheated to 200 gr. for 10 minutes in order to dry the cake.
Grate cheese on a grater. Break or cut into pieces of Feta.
Chop the dill and parsley.
In a baking dish with dried crust spread the pumpkin with mushrooms. Sprinkle with herbs
and pour the cheese-egg filling.
Bake in the oven preheated to 180-190 gr. moments to 50. Be guided by your oven.
