Cake of profiteroles
An unusual combination of a filling made of condensed milk and sour cream... And, of course, not quite the traditional use of profiteroles )))

Ingredients

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Flour

    220 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sour cream

    400 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

On the stove melt the butter in the water.

Add flour. Stir.

Then start adding the eggs one by one. And mixed thoroughly to obtain a homogeneous mass.

Spread on a baking sheet. I have a form of turned out different, because there is no pastry bag, and do I not know how ))) so I used a spoon.

Then bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees. Without opening the oven!!! My baking time took 1 hour. Of course, you can use any recipe of profiteroles, with a different number of products. I use this recipe.

Make the sour cream and sugar.

Then start laying the toppings. Cut the profiteroles in half and put it in condensed milk.

Further, the profiteroles filled with whipped cream. And so it comes with all the profiteroles.
