Ingredients

  • Apple

  • Pectin

    1.5 pack

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 kg

Wash apples, peel, remove the core. Add to the pot, add 0.5 liters of water and simmer on medium heat until soft, about 20 minutes.
