Potato pudding stuffed mushrooms
Long found this recipe in a cookbook and since often it is cooked.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Mushrooms sauté with onions, salt, pepper

Peel the potatoes, raw grated, squeeze. Juice drained, starch combine with potatoes, add flour, salt, pepper. Mix well.

On a greased baking dish put half of the potatoes on it - mushrooms, and top with the remaining potatoes. Bake in the oven for about an hour. (The form is better to take with thick walls)
