Description

Vegetable pate made of red beans
Fragrant and delicate pate. Delicious, nutritious and easy to prepare. Perfectly suited for sandwiches and as a separate snack.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Chili

    0.5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Oregano

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Soak the beans for at least 4 hours. Then boil until tender.

In a deep frying pan, heat 3 tbsp of vegetable oil. Add the chopped onion and garlic. Fry on medium heat for 3-5 minut. Add diced tomatoes and finely chopped chilli. Stir, cover and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add spices and beans, stir well and simmer not low heat for 10 minutes.

To cool down a bit. Blend in a blender.

Transfer to a jar. Store in the refrigerator, not more than 5 days.
