Mousse of beans
A delicious mousse of beans and green peas with gelatin. From available ingredients turns out amazing appetizer!

Ingredients

  • Beans

    2 can

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese curd

    200 g

  • Green peas

    200 g

  • Broth

    250 g

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Salt

From the beans drain, beans blend.

Green peas blanched in salted water for 3-4 minutes to blend it.

Eggs, chop, cottage cheese mash with a fork.

Salted broth to heat, dissolve in it the gelatine, cool.

Mix the pea and bean puree, cheese, eggs.

Add the broth with the gelatin, mix well.

Mousse lay on kremanku. Put into the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
