Juicy, delicious, healthy salad with seasonal vegetables. And fragrant pieces of chicken cooked with Maggi Seasoning, make it hearty and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

  • Cabbage

    100 g

  • Cabbage, red,

  • Carrots

  • Cucumber

    80 g

  • Pumpkin seeds

  • Carrots

  • Onion

    40 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    80 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Soy sauce

    30 ml

Cooking

Chicken fillet to beat off to a thickness of 1.5-2 cm. Deploy sheet seasoning MAGGI on the second tender chicken breast. Spread on one half of the fillet.

Fillet to cover the second half of the sheet. Press down lightly.

Fry on a dry pan for 5 minutes on each side.

While fried our chicken, prepare the vegetables for the salad. Red and belokachannoy shred cabbage. The carrots julienne or thin slices. Cucumber cut into thin circles.

For the sauce chop the carrots and onions. Add sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar and oil. Grind well in a blender.

Vegetables to shift in a bowl, mix well, slightly mash. Add the sauce, mix well.

Ready fillets cool slightly, cut into stripes at its discretion.

Add vegetables to chicken, stir.
