Chicken with pears
Very tasty sauce! Ideal for all dishes of meat and poultry, and for bread spread. Sure the sauce you eat with a spoon. )))

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    1 kg

  • Sweet pepper

    1 kg

  • Pear

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 kg

  • Garlic

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Vegetables and pears, wash, remove seeds and stems, chop. Skip all through a meat grinder.

The garlic separately.

Put the missing mass in a pan, add vegetable oil, salt, sugar (I have brown) and cook on a medium heat, stirring occasionally,30 minutes after boiling.

Try the taste, if needed add sugar or salt. Put the chopped garlic and add vinegar.

Cook for another 5 minutes and immediately spread on sterile jars, seal them tightly and wrap it up until cool. Stores well at room temperature. Bon appetit and good mood!!!
