Ingredients

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olives

  • Sesame

  • Basil

  • Black pepper

  • Water

    1 cup

In a glass of warm water dissolve yeast, add sugar, salt and butter.

In a bowl pour 3 cups of flour and gradually add water with yeast, a spoon kneading the dough. It turns out sticky.

On the Board pour half a Cup of flour, put the dough and carefully knead it. It should be elastic and not stick to hands. Return the dough to the bowl, cover with a towel and let it rise.
