Description

Cookie monster banana with pineapple
Want to tea something easy and gentle, and then inspiration hit me!... Cookie monster really turns out very tender, just melting in the mouth, but nevertheless satisfying. Preparing easy and short, but the result exceeds expectations. And another advantage - it can be done in a skillet.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Ginger

    0.25 tsp

  • Flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Pineapple

    200 g

Cooking

step-0
In a bowl pour the cream, add sugar and egg and mix well.
step-1
The softened banana with a fork until mushy state...
step-2
...and add to sour cream with egg. Mix well. If there are lumps, it's okay if you want, you can stir it with a mixer, but I didn't.
step-3
Now add the flour. I even add ginger, very much I like it, but it is optional. All mix well. The consistency of the batter should be like thick cream.
step-4
Now add the most delicious pineapples! And stir.
step-5
I think the dough is better to cook (we would have delicious cupcakes). But I have no oven, so I made this: pre-heated the pan, then REDUCE the heat and put the dough in it and cover. The oil pan was not greased. Deep-fry the cakes on one side for 15 minutes (need to grab), then turned, and the other side for 10 more minutes. The fire is not added! Although... what fire, I have a General electric stove. :)
step-6
Gently spread our cookie monster on a plate. That's all!
