Chocolate roll with almond cream
Came here today with husband store and among other things brought almonds. Thought that would be so tasty to prepare and that's what happened. Very tender and tasty loaf. Go !

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    3 tsp

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

0.5 cups kefir , 1 egg and 0.5 Cup sugar.

Mix well.

0.5 cups of flour add 1 tbsp starch, 0.5 tsp. of baking soda and 3 tsp cocoa powder, mix and add the mixture into the yogurt.

Pour the dough onto a parchment-covered form.

Put in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. The finished crumpet (from the parchment) put a damp towel for a few minutes. Now gently remove the paper.

Using the towel, turn a pancake into a roll.

2 egg yolks triturated with hot 0.5 cups of sugar and add 3 tbsp flour, mix well. Dilute a small amount of milk to a honey consistency.

1 Cup milk brought to a boil and pour into a mass with the yolks. Stir and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cool.

A few minutes whisk 100g butter and add a spoon of cold cream after each spoon to beat until smooth.

After all the cream will be in the oil, add 100g chopped almonds.

Grease with a fat cream.

Turn and roll on top. I roll sprinkled with almonds. All ready to roll! Bon appetit!
