Minced chicken roulade with curd
Offer to prepare a roll of boiled chicken meat with dried apricots, prunes and curd.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    450 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    30 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Greens

    50 g

  • Prunes

    5 piece

  • Dried apricots

    5 piece

  • Nutmeg

Cooking

Gelatin soaked in 80 ml of water, leave for 30 minutes, then heat to dissolve gelatin (do not boil).

Dried apricots and prunes wash, fill with hot water and allow to steam. The apricots I cut strips and shredded prunes.
