Roll of beans with vegetables
The gentle roll of beans stuffed with carrots and cucumber which can be served as an appetizer or light dish

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

Cooking

Soak the beans in cold water, then boil until tender. Fry the onions until Golden brown in vegetable oil. At the end of cooking add soy sauce

In a blender grind the beans and roasted onions, adding salt to taste and spices

On plastic wrap to spread prepollical bean-and-onion pasta

Put on top grated on a fine grater carrots

Cubes and sliced cucumbers

Roll roll and put into the refrigerator for a few hours
