Sea bass in Polish
This sauce is known to many, it makes a very tasty any fish!

Ingredients

  • Grouper

    2 slice

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Lemon

  • Basil

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

The fish I cook in a double boiler, pre-salted. If not, you can cook just a couple on the stove.

The beauty of the steamer is that you can simultaneously fish boil an egg for the sauce.

Meanwhile, melt the butter.

Boiled egg finely chop. You can grate.

In oil put the egg.

Squeeze the lemon juice. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Pour the sauce. The sauce could easily be enough for two servings, but I was a consumer one, so do not regret it!

Decorate. I decorated with lemon and Basil. Bon appetit!!!
