Lasagna vegetable
Italian dish close to your beds. Will still be "Master-clas SS" on needlework.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika sweet

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Lasagna

    9 piece

This is a sample set of products. You can vary with vegetables and mushrooms.

Cut the vegetables into pieces. Onions lightly fry, add the vegetables and mushrooms. Simmer for 10 minutes. Dilute tomato paste with a little water and add to vegetables. Season to taste. Simmer 5 minutes, remove from fire and cool.

Not found the baking pan of the right size and decided to do it myself. Foil folded in 4 layers and identified the right size.

Take a larger pan and put to our billet. Moulded corners one after the other. Then the edges are slightly bent.

Use lasagna that does not require boiling. Put 3 sheets on the bottom.

Pour 1/3 of the vegetables.

Grate cheese and pour 1/3 of the vegetables. Stacked three layers, finishing with layer of cheese.

Put in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
