Buckwheat salad with vegetables and feta
Lightweight, easy on the stomach and at the same time healthy salad. One of the advantages - almost no salt (only used when cooking grains). I would attribute it to the "girly" salads (girlfriend loved it), but it with pleasure absorbs for dinner and son after work. So what is it - you be the judge.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 pack

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Feta

    60 g

Cooking

Cook grits in boiling, salted water according to instructions on the package. Drain the water. Buckwheat to cool.

Cucumber wash, dry, cut into cubes.

Bell peppers (I have variety "Swallow") wash, dry, remove the core and cut into cubes.

Avocado peel, remove the seeds, cut into cubes. Vegetables pepper, sprinkle with juice of half a lemon.

Add cooled boiled buckwheat, pour the olive oil and stir.

Using the form (or cooking rings) put the salad on a plate. Sprinkle with crumbled feta. Bon appetit!
